Vanessa Trépanier

Vanessa Trépanier's practice focuses on M&A, private equity, corporate finance and commercial matters. She advises private and publicly-listed clients on commercial and transactional work, including private acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, private equity investments, initial public offerings, private offerings, reverse take-over bids and plans of arrangement, as well as securities matters such as continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance practices and securities regulatory compliance obligations.

Vanessa has a diverse portfolio of experience and knowledge across sectors, having assisted clients in the renewable energy (including acquisitions of wind and solar projects), mining, manufacturing and services, food distribution and technology industries.

She is also active in developing the next generation of lawyers through recruitment, mentoring and coaching.
